This position spans from September through the end of November, with a consistent weekday scheduleMonday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 3:45 PM. As a valued professional in this role, you will play an essential part in fostering students' communication skills in a supportive educational environment. Desired Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current, valid SLP license/certification in Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain) Experience working with elementary-aged children in an educational setting preferred Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills Ability to adapt to new settings and work autonomously as well as part of a multidisciplinary team Key Responsibilities: Provide direct and indirect speech/language therapy services to elementary students as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Conduct assessments and contribute to comprehensive evaluation reports Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with district and state requirements Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision making Support students' growth in areas such as articulation, language, fluency, and social communication Why consider this role?
