What We're Looking For: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Hold current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Valid state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist Previous experience in a school setting preferred Willingness to mentor Clinical Fellows (CFs) Strong communication skills with an ability to build rapport with students, educators, and families Comfort with itinerant work, supporting a diverse caseload in different school locations Passion for making a difference in educational outcomes for children and adolescents What You'll Do: Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges Deliver direct therapyboth individual and small grouptargeting a variety of speech/language needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and other educational staff to ensure effective integration of therapy into student learning Document progress and maintain accurate, compliant records for each student Participate in IEP meetings to support student goals and advocate for best practices Foster an inclusive, supportive environment for every child on your caseload You'll enjoy the rewards of working in a collegial, student-centered setting where your skills and expertise matter.
