needs Provide direct
counseling and intervention services to students struggling with emotional
and behavioral challenges Collaborate
with teachers and staff to design and implement evidence-based
interventions and strategies Support crisis
intervention and assist in managing school-wide behavioral issues Provide
professional development and training to educators and staff on
psychological topics, such as social-emotional learning, behavior
management, and mental health Consult with
parents and guardians to offer strategies for supporting students at home Assist in
fostering a positive and inclusive school environment
