A full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) opportunity is available for the upcoming academic year, beginning July 31, 2026 and extending through May 21, 2027. You'll be instrumental in helping PreK through 1st grade students, working closely with a manageable caseload of 25 students. This role offers 35 hours per week, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and make a consistent impact throughout the school year. Qualifications/Desired Experience: Valid certification or license as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Previous experience in a school setting preferred, particularly with early childhood and primary grade students Solid understanding of speech and language therapy techniques and interventions Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Comfort with documentation and progress tracking for student IEP goals Responsibilities: Deliver direct therapy services to PreK-1st grade students under the supervision of a licensed SLP Assist in implementing individualized speech and language therapy goals Prepare therapy materials and maintain accurate session notes and records Monitor and report on student progress to supervising SLP and educational teams Support classroom teachers with language-rich activities and strategies Participate in team meetings, IEPs, and staff development as required Experience a role where your dedication supports the foundational years of student learning and communication.
