Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current SLP license or eligibility for licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; consideration for strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) Experience delivering therapy in schools or pediatric settings Comfort with teletherapy platforms and technology Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Ability to create and implement effective, individualized education program (IEP) goals Key Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement evidence-based therapy in alignment with each student's IEP Maintain ongoing communication with parents, teachers, and other professionals Utilize teletherapy and in-person services as needed to ensure student progress Document services and progress per district and professional standards Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams Additional Info: -Guaranteed Hours -Direct & Indirect Services Pay -No additional district responsibilities outside of contracted hours (bus duty, parent pickup, etc.) -Travel therapists eligible for stipends Benefits: -Full-time employees are eligible for benefits -Health, Vision, Dental -401k For additional information, please contact the Account Executive below: Madison Bauer Senior Account Executive ...
