Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) will be considered Experience with school-aged children or pediatric populations is a plus Knowledge of IEP process, goal writing, and progress monitoring Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered therapy Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students Deliver direct therapy services and collaborate with teachers and families Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student development Consult with educators and provide strategies for classroom communication support Maintain timely and accurate compliance documentation in line with district and state guidelines Enjoy the flexibility of a contract role while making a difference in a vibrant school community near Inwood, WV.
