Desired Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for the state Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus, but not required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to develop positive relationships with students, staff, and families Key Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students in accordance with IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and special education teams to foster student success Conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, and develop individualized speech and language plans Maintain accurate records of services and progress notes Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and parent conferences as needed Utilize creative and evidence-based interventions tailored to diverse learners What Awaits You:
