Qualifications & Desired Experience: Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active, valid Occupational Therapy license for the state Previous experience in school settings or pediatrics is highly valued Strong communication and collaboration skills for working within multidisciplinary teams Compassionate approach and the ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans for students Deliver direct and consultative OT services in accordance with IEP goals and district guidelines Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings Provide education and resources to school staff and families to support student success Adapt therapeutic strategies to classroom and remote settings as needed What's Offered:
