Position Overview: As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC), you will play a key role in supporting students' communication and language development within a collaborative educational environment. This position involves partnering with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help students achieve academic and social success through individualized speech and language services. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify communication disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success. Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and compliance records. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute recommendations to the multidisciplinary team. Support school staff through consultation and speech/language-related strategies. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). Previous school-based experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills.
