Elementary Principal

Description : The district is seeking an individual to fill the role of Cardinal Elementary School Principal for the 2026-2027 school year.

Qualifications : Master's degree or higher and ODE license as a school principal is required. Duties to include supervising all personnel in assigned building and should possess working knowledge of teacher evaluation (OTES), Response to Intervention, 3rd Grade Reading Guarantee, Elementary Curriculum development and Science of Reading Certification. Candidate will also work to make the school facilities an attractive, pleasant and productive place in which to work and learn. Perform other appropriate tasks and assume other responsibilities as assigned by the Superintendent.

Working Conditions : Salary and work year as well as terms and conditions of employment shall be determined by the Cardinal Local Board of Education in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code and the current Administrative Agreement.
