Key Qualifications:

• Active Licensed School Social Worker (SSW) credential in New Mexico
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred (K-12 caseload a plus)

• Ability to implement individualized intervention plans and resources for students
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison among students, families, and school staff to address academic, behavioral, and emotional concerns
• Conduct assessments, crisis intervention, counseling, and implement evidence-based strategies
• Develop and support Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and 504 Plans as needed
• Deliver both individual and group counseling to promote student well-being and positive school climate
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
