Desired Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathologist and Teaching Certificates (must be included with your resume)
- Experience with K-12 students preferred, but new graduates with Clinical Fellowship eligibility are welcome
- Familiarity with school-based SLP practices and documentation
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- CFs accepted contingent upon agency supervision fee; SLPAs will be accepted, though not recognized for PA licensure
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for students across a range of grade levels
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress
- Consult and collaborate with educators, parents, and specialists
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
