Qualifications and Preferences:

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage a district-wide caseload, supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Experience with Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) supervision is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with physical therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with educational goals
• Provide direct therapy services both individually and in small groups
• Consult and collaborate with educational staff and parents regularly
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and guidance as needed
• Supervise PTAs working across the district, if required
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is compliant
