Qualifications:
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or open to strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Experience in school, healthcare, or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of evaluation tools and therapy techniques for a school-aged population
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy for students with diverse communication needs
- Conduct assessments, interpret results, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to ensure comprehensive support
- Maintain detailed records of sessions, progress reports, and compliant documentation
- Deliver engaging interventions focused on functional communication skills, language development, articulation, fluency, and social pragmatics
- Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development as required
