Speech Language Pathologist in Oceanside, CA

What you need to succeed:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California
• Experience working in school-based settings, particularly with elementary-aged children
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and compliance
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Role responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to elementary students
• Actively participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on educational plans
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Consult with educators and families to support generalization of speech and language goals
• Provide both group and individual interventions tailored to students needs
