Position Details:

• Full-time School Occupational Therapist opportunity
• August 6, 2026 May 27, 2027
• 40 hours per week
• K-8 student population
• 100% onsite position (teletherapy not accepted)
• Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and 504 plans
• Provide direct therapy services to students
• Collaborate with parents, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Support student independence, participation, and educational success

Requirements:

• Active Arizona Occupational Therapist License required
• Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required
• Sensory Integration Certification preferred
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
