Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students from Pre K through 12th grade as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC). Located near beautiful San Luis Obispo, this part-time position covers a maternity leave from October through mid-December 2025, aligning with the winter break. Work three days per week, for a total of 21 hours, and apply your expertise in a supportive educational environment.
Key qualifications and experiences sought:
- Current CA SLP license or California CTC credential (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience in pediatric and school-based speech therapy preferred
- Proficiency with IEP processes, conducting evaluations, and providing both direct and indirect services
- Comfortable supporting a variety of disabilities across a diverse student population (Pre K-12)
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills

- Deliver direct therapy to students with varying needs in group or individual settings
