Onsite In Person Only Position Summary
RCM Health Care Services is seeking full-time or part-time Speech Language Phologists (SLPs) and Speech Language Phologist Assistants (SLPAs) to provide in-person therapy services to school-based students in the Richmond, CA area. In this role, you will assess, evalue, and tre communicion disorders while collaboring with educors and families to support student success within the educional setting. Responsibilities
Schedule / Shift

• School-year schedule aligned with academic calendar
• Full-time or part-time opportunities available

Key Duties:

• Conduct evaluions to determine eligibility for speech and language services
• Develop and implement Individualized Educion Programs (IEPs)
• Provide individual and group therapy services for students with speech, voice, and language disorders
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
• Participe in ARD/IEP meetings to support placement and goal development
• Collabore with teachers to implement classroom stregies th enhance communicion skills
• Communice effectively with parents, staff, and stakeholders regarding student progress
• Maintain accure and timely documention, records, and reports
• Provide professional development to school staff regarding communicion disorders
• May supervise SLPAs or speech aides (SLP role only)

Requirements
Educion

• Required (SLP): Masters degree in Speech-Language Phology

Licenses & Certificions

• Required: Valid California license issued by the Ste Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Phology and Audiology (SBESLPA)
• Required: Valid drivers license meeting district requirements

Skills:

• Ability to administer and interpret speech and language assessments
• Knowledge of evaluion, habilition, and rehabilition techniques
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
• Excellent communicion, organizional, and interpersonal skills
