Key Qualifications: Current, valid Physical Therapy state license (must be submitted at application) Active IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (must be submitted at application) Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations strongly preferred Ability to manage and organize a caseload independently while collaborating with educators and families Commitment to creating accessible, student-centered intervention plans Core Responsibilities: Deliver direct and consultative PT services to students across PreK through 8th grade Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in compliance with IEPs and district policies Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports as required Participate in IEP meetings, team collaborations, and professional development opportunities This assignment runs from August through late May, aligning with the academic calendar and providing consistent schedule and routine.
