Work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm, supporting a diverse caseload alongside talented colleagues. You'll play a pivotal role providing direct therapy, conducting evaluations, and developing individualized education plans for approximately 150 students ranging from PreK to 12th grade. Additionally, you'll supervise three Speech-Language Assistants, ensuring quality service delivery and professional growth within your team. What You'll Bring: Active Speech-Language Pathologist license meeting state requirements Prior experience in schools or with pediatric populations preferred Strong organizational skills and adaptability to manage a mixed caseload Effective leadership abilities, with experience supervising or mentoring preferred Excellent communication skills for collaboration with staff, families, and administration Your Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Caseload management of PreK-12th students, developing and implementing IEPs Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to three SLAs Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families for student success Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with school policies Participate in team meetings and professional development as required Enjoy working in a supportive school environment where your work has a meaningful impact every day.
