Key Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Current, active Indiana SLP license in good standing Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) mandatory; Clinical Fellows (CFs) and SLPAs are not eligible for this role Previous experience in school-based settings is preferred Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Knowledge of best practices in delivering speech and language services to school-aged children Responsibilities and Duties: Provide direct speech-language therapy and intervention for students on the resource caseload Evaluate, develop, and update IEP goals in partnership with school teams Monitor student progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation Offer consultative support to teachers and staff regarding students' communication needs Attend and participate in IEP meetings, providing professional input and recommendations Remain compliant with all state, district, and professional regulations concerning service delivery As the dedicated SLP for the resource caseload, you will focus on fostering student success in a supportive, well-structured environment.
