VNS Health Speech Language Phologists design and deliver personalized 1:1 rehabilitive therapy programs for pients dealing with challenging disorders or are recovering from a surgery, illness, or accident and assess progress by being a part of their day-to-day life. For Per Diem roles, our primary needs this time are for candides with daytime availability Monday-Friday.

Wh You Will Do

• Practice independently in the community as part of an interdisciplinary care team.

• Conducts comprehensive assessment of pients by determining pient needs, develops courses of action including trement plan and outcomes.

• Deliver personalized rehabilition therapy to pients in their home or care facilities.

• Constantly evalue evolving pient needs and respond with plan of care adjustments.

Qualificions

Minimum of one-year speech language phology experience or successful completion of probionary period as a VNS Health Rehab Intern

Licensure to practice as a Speech Language Phologist/Audiologist in New York Ste

Valid driver's license required for all areas outside the borough of Manhtan

Pay Range per Visit:

If you are applying to the per diem per visit version of this job, the hiring range is as follows: $70- $75 per visit.
