Vian Public Schools is seeking a Principal that is student centered and will also help lead our school community. The candidate should possess very strong instructional leadership skills, be committed to constantly improving academic excellence and have the ability to foster a positive inclusive school environment. Candidate must also be able to maintain positive and professional work relationships with supervisors, other members of the administrative team, students, staff, parents, and community members. Our High School currently has an enrollment of around 220 students and the High School building is only 2 years old.
Required Qualifications Principal Certification for Secondary Education
Current Oklahoma Teaching Certificate
Master's degree in Educational Leadership or related field
Minimum five years teaching experience
Preferred Qualifications Secondary Administration experience in addition to teaching experience preferred
