QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid Washington State Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification with completion of a recognized School Psychology program. REQUIRED
• Valid Washington State Teaching Certificate with a Special Education endorsement. REQUIRED
• Experience in a special education classroom setting (resource or self-contained preferred). REQUIRED
• Knowledge and experience with IEP development, academic assessments, and psychoeducational evaluations. REQUIRED
• Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to pass required background and fingerprint clearance. REQUIRED
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience working in a K12 school setting.
• Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and Washington State special education regulations (WAC 392-172A).
• Experience supporting students with behavioral, emotional, and diverse learning needs.
• Training or experience in MTSS, PBIS, SEL, RTI, behavioral interventions, and data-driven instruction.
• Experience conducting counseling, consultation, and behavioral support services.

RWC 49.58.110 REQUIREMENTS

Yearly Salary: $58,626 - $110,545 (Depending on Education & Experience)
