Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district in Dalton, Georgia for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time, school-based contract opportunity working with a K-12 caseload.

Position Details

Collaborate with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to support students with communication needs

Guaranteed hours and weekly direct deposit

Responsibilities

Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in implementing speech and language therapy programs

Work with students individually and in small groups to address communication goals

Support assessments, documentation, and progress monitoring

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure student success

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning

Maintain accurate therapy session notes and student records

Qualifications

Active Georgia Speech-Language Associate (SLA) license/certification preferred but not required

Bachelor's degree in Speech/Communication Disorders required

Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required

Strong communication and collaboration skills
