Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Waverly, NY

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active New York Speech-Language Pathologist (NY SLP) license
• Valid Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• School-based experience and a passion for working with PreK and elementary populations
• Ability to work onsite and travel within the Hornell and Bath communities as needed
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to PreK and elementary students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, maintain progress notes, and participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to create supportive, individualized interventions
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and district policies
• Participate in professional development and ongoing training
