Ideal candidates bring expertise in speech-language pathology with experience working in pediatrics, school-based environments, and providing services through teletherapy. Individuals with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or currently completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome to apply.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related discipline
- Valid state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
- Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Adept at developing and implementing IEPs and therapy goals
- Ability to manage caseloads independently and in coordination with school teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations
- Develop and execute individualized therapy plans tailored to each students needs
- Maintain detailed documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Consult with teachers, parents, and school personnel regarding student progress
- Deliver services in person and/or via teletherapy, adapting to student and school requirements
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary
