Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Oakland, Oregon

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related discipline
• Valid state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
• Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Adept at developing and implementing IEPs and therapy goals
• Ability to manage caseloads independently and in coordination with school teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations
• Develop and execute individualized therapy plans tailored to each students needs
• Maintain detailed documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Consult with teachers, parents, and school personnel regarding student progress
• Deliver services in person and/or via teletherapy, adapting to student and school requirements
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary
