Education/Certification:

Bachelor's degee from accredited university

Master's degree from accredited university required

Valid Texas teaching certificate

Valid Texas Principal or Mid Management Certificate preferred

Special Knowledge/Skills:

Knowledge of curriculum design and implementation

Ability to interpret data and evaluate instruction programs and teaching effectiveness

Abililty to develop and deliver training to adult learners

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Experience:

5 years of successful teaching experience in subject area assigned Description Primary Purpose:

Provides coaching and support to classroom teachers to ensure the continuous development of instructional skills among assigned teachers. Observe the performance of assigned classroom teachers to support growth through structured collaboration planning. Assist the principal in the overall monitoring of the instructional programs and student services to ensure appropriate implementation of instructional guidelines.
