As an Instructional Designer, you will design and develop engaging eLearning, virtual, and instructor-led training solutions for various subjects, including technical, compliance, systems, and soft skills. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive training materials that align with our instructional design methodologies.

• Develop training materials such as storyboards, eLearning modules, and guides.
• Define learning objectives, course structures, and assessments.
• Conduct detailed task analysis for target audiences and business processes.
• Engage with subject matter experts for content review and validation.
• Visualize instructional graphics and write effective instructional text and scripts.
• Self-manage tasks and deadlines while proactively communicating issues and risks.

• 3 years of experience in developing eLearning, virtual, or instructor-led training.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Flexibility to work on multiple development efforts simultaneously.

• Knowledge of training development applications such as Oracle UPK or SAP Enable Now, QuestionMark.
• Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
