You will work Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 4PM, supporting a caseload of approximately 50-60 students. School site assignments will be determined prior to your start date, ensuring you have all the information you need to thrive. Qualifications and Experience: Current or eligible Speech Language Pathologist licensure (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY) Experience in a school setting is preferred, but strong clinical fellows will be considered Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, educators, and families Ability to manage and organize a diverse caseload effectively Commitment to providing high-quality, student-centered speech and language services Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and implement effective intervention strategies Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy to students as specified in IEPs Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success Maintain comprehensive documentation and stay up-to-date with all mandated reports and progress monitoring Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to each student's educational team This is your opportunity to foster growth and learning for students needing speech and language support during the upcoming school year.
