Qualifications & Experience: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid SLP license for the state of Massachusetts Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required Experience working with school-aged children, K-12 preferred Strong assessment, intervention, and IEP documentation skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students referred for speech and language services Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to individual student needs Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Attend and contribute to IEP meetings; maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with regulations Educate and empower parents and caregivers through consultation and training Participate in professional development to remain current with best practices This is a fulfilling, full-time opportunity in a supportive school setting, designed for those committed to helping students achieve their greatest communication potential.
