Speech Language Pathologist (ESY) Georgetown, MA 01833 Position Overview Birch Agency is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in an Extended School Year program in Georgetown, MA . Students will range from PreK-12th Grade and the services will be performed onsite. The direct service hours are projected at 10 hours per week with 2 hours of indirect services expected. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations . Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student or client goals. Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings using evidence-based practices. Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records. Support students with a range of communication needs including articulation, language, fluency, pragmatics, and social communication skills. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required. Active Massachusetts SLP license required. Previous pediatric, school-based, or early intervention experience preferred.
