QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High School Diploma or Equivalent
2. Computer proficiency required

REPORTS TO: Principal or designee
JOB GOAL: To provide for the effective and efficient operation of the office so that the maximum positive impact on the education of students can be realized.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports the District's mission and goals.
- Oversee, manages and evaluates the office routines and procedures associated with a productive and efficient office.
- Schedules appointments and makes arrangements for conferences and interviews, as directed by the Principal or designee.
- Maintains confidentiality.
- Welcomes visitors, provides routine information and directs inquiries to appropriate personnel.
- Maintains such student records as required. Keeps necessary files updated and accessible.
- Enrolls new students, where appropriate.
- Assumes responsibility for the overall appearance of the office.
- Maintains a record of budget and petty cash monies, as well as separate school accounts in coordination with the Central Office business staff.
- Dispense medication to students and administrators. First aid as assigned by the Principal or designee
- Performs other tasks assigned by the Principal or designee.

- Delivering strong literacy instruction across content areas;
- Helping student develop skills to apply, interpret, analyze, and evaluate the vast, ever-expanding amount of information;
- Employing effective lesson design by adjusting to students' personal learning needs and preferences, including appropriate technology applications.
