Youll be joining a collaborative team, supporting both established caseloads and Child Find initiatives, with direct responsibilities in screening, assessment, and therapy.

What you bring:

• Current State Speech-Language Pathology License
• Valid SLP Educator Certificate
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (required at time of application)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred
• Previous experience in schools, preschool, or early childhood setting a strong plus
• Commitment to culturally responsive, child-centered care

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative SLP services to preschoolers, focusing on early intervention and school readiness
• Conduct individualized evaluations as part of Child Find activities
• Develop and implement student-centered therapy plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain organized and timely reports, documentation, and compliance with district and state requirements
• Support families and educators through guidance, training, and inclusive communication
