Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current state SLP license (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations highly valued
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices for K-5th grade speech, language, and communication needs
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery considered an advantage
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language screenings and comprehensive evaluations for K-5 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services in both face-to-face and virtual formats
- Maintain accurate records and thorough progress documentation
- Engage families and school staff to support each students communication goals
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute professional recommendations
