- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Flexible scheduling designed around your lifestyle
- 3-4 days per week providing services in clinic and/or school settings
- 1-2 days per week dedicated to virtual supervision, telehealth, documentation, and administrative responsibilities
- Options for both in-person and hybrid work arrangements
- $35 per 30-minute treatment session
- $70 per evaluation (negotiable based on experience)
- $32-$41 per hour, based on experience
- Coastal getaways including Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach, Oak Island, and Sunset Beach
- Outdoor recreation at White Lake, Lake Waccamaw, and Bladen Lakes State Forest
- Convenient access to Wilmington, Fayetteville, and Myrtle Beach
- Hiking, kayaking, fishing, boating, and year-round outdoor adventures
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy services
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers
- Maintain timely documentation and treatment records
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists
- Help children develop communication skills that positively impact their lives
What We're Looking For
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Pediatric experience through employment, clinical fellowship, internships, or fieldwork
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for helping children achieve their fullest potential
