Qualifications and Experience:

• Hold a valid California OT License
• Demonstrated experience with pediatric or school-based occupational therapy
• Comfort with in-person and remote (teletherapy) service delivery
• Adaptable to provide support in both individual and group settings
• Effective communicator, able to build rapport with children, families, and education teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop student-centered, individualized intervention plans
• Deliver direct OT services within Pre-K and elementary school environments
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote carryover of therapy goals
• Maintain detailed records and document progress towards IEP objectives
• Flexibly support students through a blend of onsite, home health, and teletherapy as applicable
• Provide consultative support to educational staff regarding sensory, fine motor, and adaptive skills
