Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a valid California OT License
- Demonstrated experience with pediatric or school-based occupational therapy
- Comfort with in-person and remote (teletherapy) service delivery
- Adaptable to provide support in both individual and group settings
- Effective communicator, able to build rapport with children, families, and education teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop student-centered, individualized intervention plans
- Deliver direct OT services within Pre-K and elementary school environments
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote carryover of therapy goals
- Maintain detailed records and document progress towards IEP objectives
- Flexibly support students through a blend of onsite, home health, and teletherapy as applicable
- Provide consultative support to educational staff regarding sensory, fine motor, and adaptive skills
