Qualifications and Experience:

• Professional certification or licensure relevant to behavioral intervention in educational settings (preferred)
• Proven experience supporting students with social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
• Strong understanding of behavior intervention plans, data analysis, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, support staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create positive learning environments
• Provide direct support and coaching to students, fostering emotional regulation and positive decision-making
• Train and consult with school personnel on best practices in behavior management
• Lead or participate in problem-solving meetings and contribute to the development of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports for compliance and evaluation purposes
