Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Indiana
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
- School-based or pediatric experience strongly valued
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school staff to maximize student outcomes
- Conduct therapy sessions individually and in groups
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
