Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current or pending New Jersey SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY applicants welcome
- School-based SLP experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication or swallowing disorders in a school setting
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
- Track progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Document interventions and services in compliance with state and district guidelines
