Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in West Chester, PA

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students with diverse communication needs in a school-based setting near West Chester, PA. This full-time position runs from August through June, with schedules Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 3:15 pm. You'll provide direct therapy services to a mixed caseload of approximately 22 students, primarily those who are blind, visually impaired, or have multiple disabilities. Your expertise will be vital in helping these students maximize their communication skills and thrive in their educational environment.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Speech-Language Pathology license in Pennsylvania (SLP license required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations
• Strong background in providing teletherapy and in-person services
• Familiarity with serving students who are blind, visually impaired, or have multiple disabilities
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to individualized education plans (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy sessions with students according to IEP goals
