Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Current OT licensure (or eligibility) in Connecticut
• Previous experience working with K-12 students or pediatric populations preferred
• Strong assessment, IEP, and documentation skills
• Adaptability and excellent communication with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs
• Collaborate with special education and classroom staff to address student needs
• Conduct assessments and participate in eligibility/placement meetings
• Document progress, attend team meetings, and provide consultation as needed
• Foster development of student motor skills, self-care, and participation in learning
