Work Basis: 10 hours daily, Mon-Thu

(including lunch)

REPORTS TO: Principal

WORK LOCATION: Globe Unified School District

OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position’s primary goal will be to help students overcome problems that impede learning and to assist them in making educational, occupational, and life plans that hold promise for their personal fulfillment as mature and responsible men and women.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Requires a valid Arizona Teaching Certificate (twenty- four semester hours in content area and/endorsement, as applicable) for the area(s) and grades
2. Counselor
3. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and

2. Copy of official transcripts or placement
3. Copy of valid Arizona Teaching
4. Three (3) current letters of recommendation (if not included in placement file)
