PPOSITION TITLE: Assistant Elementary Principal

To begin July 1, 2026 (anticipated)

HOURS: 8 hr/day, 5 day/wk, 255 day/yr (less 2 furlough days for the 2026/2027 contract)

30 days of vacation, 13 paid holidays, and 2 personal days

LOCATION: Pioneer Elementary

SALARY: $173,451.86 - $180,825.23 based on the 2026/2027 AAA salary schedule and

includes 2 furlough day

Salary will be prorated based upon start date

REPORTS TO: Building Principal

BENEFITS: Employees anticipated to work 630 hours in a school calendar year may be eligible

for Medical, Dental, Vision, Long-term Disability Insurance, Life Insurance,

Pension, VEBA, and 403(b).

Up to 12 Sick Days and 2 Personal Days (prorated based upon FTE)

SUMMARY: The Assistant Principal performs administrative duties, including the supervision and evaluation of staff, coordination of the instructional program, maintains responsibility for other administrative duties as assigned, and promotes a positive school culture and climate for all students.
