Grades 7-12 Guidance Counselor

Union City Jr/Sr High School is seeking a Guidance Counselor to support students in grades 7-12 through academic planning, college and career readiness, social-emotional support, and graduation pathway development. We seek an educator who is collaborative, student-centered, and knowledgeable of Indiana diploma requirements, Graduation Pathways, scheduling, and postsecondary planning. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with students, families, and staff while helping students develop personalized plans that prepare them for success beyond high school.
