Identify three key qualities that define you as a leader. How would these qualities shape your leadership style and guide your work as a high school assistant principal? 2. Describe how you would approach your first year as a high school assistant principal to understand the school's culture, academic focus, and student needs. Include the actions you would take to build and sustain effective relationships with students, staff, and families.

Round 1 Panel Interviews are tentatively scheduled for June 11, 2026. Applicants selected will be contacted to schedule an interview time. CUSD aspires for our staff to reflect the rich diversity of our students.
