Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) with strong references are also encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience providing speech and language services in school or pediatric healthcare environments
  • Strong assessment, therapy planning, and documentation skills
  • Collaborative mindset with a commitment to working closely with educators, families, and fellow service providers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders among students in a supportive school-based environment
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans that address each students unique needs
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate actively in IEP meetings
  • Provide consultative support to teachers and school staff regarding speech and language development
  • Stay current on best practices, resources, and regulations relevant to school-based speech therapy
