Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid state certification or license in School Psychology
• Masters degree or higher in School Psychology or related field
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and writing reports
• Strong knowledge of special education processes and eligibility criteria
• Ability to develop and implement student-centered interventions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse populations
• Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and progress monitoring

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for referred students to determine cognitive, academic, and social-emotional strengths and needs
• Provide direct and indirect counseling services to students individually and in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Consult with staff on classroom strategies and behavioral interventions to support positive student outcomes
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expertise on psychological services and student supports
• Support crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments as needed
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
