School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Owens Cross Roads, Alabama

This position is located near Owens Cross Roads, AL and will run from late July 2026 through the end of May 2027, with a weekly commitment of 35 hours.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
• Hold current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Eligible for (or currently hold) Alabama SLP licensure
• School-based SLP background preferred, but CFs with strong skills will be considered
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to students across grade levels
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other professionals to support each childs unique needs
• Maintain documentation and data collection in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, student-focused school culture
