Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and valid SLP license (or eligibility) in the state of Colorado
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY candidates may be considered
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience highly valued
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs and work closely with educators, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students with a variety of needs
• Create and carry out individualized treatment and therapy plans to address specific speech and language goals
• Participate actively in the development and review of IEPs, providing expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver services in both individual and small group settings
• Maintain accurate and timely records in adherence with policies and legal requirements
• Communicate progress and strategies with families and educators, building partnerships for student success
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education in speech-language pathology
